Programme for the Finnish Presidency of the Nordic Council of Ministers 2007

Finland recognises the importance of continuity in Nordic cooperation and has in part based its programme on the work done under former presidencies. The programme’s themes include sustainable development, research, innovation, co-operation in the Adjacent Areas, equality and equal opportunities, children and young people and Nordic-language issues – The themes and objectives are organised by sectors.

The programme also takes into account the Nordic Council of Ministers’ established priorities and strategic guidelines. This section of the website presents Finland's presidency programme and its key objectives.
